What is Studio Management Pro?

Studio Management Pro is a comprehensive platform built for music and performing arts studios. It provides two main interfaces:

  • Teacher App — A full dashboard for studio owners and teachers to manage everything from scheduling and student enrolment to payments and reporting.
  • Student Portal — A self-service portal where students can book classes, view their schedule, and manage their account.

Step 1: Access your Studio Dashboard

Your studio has a unique link in the format:

https://studiomanagementpro.com/t/your-studio-name

If your studio has a custom domain configured, you can also access it directly at your domain (e.g., https://yourstudio.com).

Step 2: Log In

  1. Navigate to your studio URL and click Login.
  2. Enter your email address and password, or use Google Sign-In for one-click access.
  3. If you're an admin or teacher, you'll be taken to the Dashboard.
  4. If you're a student, you'll land on the Student Portal.

Step 3: Configure your Studio

Head to Settings in the sidebar to customise your studio:

  • Upload your studio logo and set brand colours
  • Set your studio name, contact email, and timezone
  • Configure payment settings (WiPay integration)
  • Set up SMTP for sending automated emails

After updating your logo or brand colours in Settings, all pages — including the Student Portal — automatically reflect your branding.

Step 4: Add your First Class

Go to Schedule in the sidebar. Click + New Class to create your first class session. You can set the class name, time, duration, maximum capacity, and price.

Step 5: Invite Students

Students can self-register through the Student Portal, or you can manually add them via Students → Add Student. Once added, they'll receive a welcome email with login instructions.

ℹ️

Students access their portal at the same URL as your studio. The system automatically shows the correct interface based on their account role.
