Update your personal information, change your password, and manage your account preferences.
Editing Your Profile
Access your profile by clicking your name or avatar in the portal. From here you can update:
- Display Name — The name shown to your teachers
- Email Address — Your login email and the address where confirmations are sent
- Phone Number — Contact number on file with the studio
- Profile Photo — Upload a profile picture
Household Management & Minor Children
If you are a parent or legal guardian with children enrolled at the studio, you can manage your entire household from your profile:
- Add Minor Children: Tap Add Child from the Family Dashboard or Profile to register new children under your household.
- Shared Pass Pooling: Class packs and credits purchased by the parent are automatically shared among all linked children in the household.
- Zero-Shift Profile Navigation: Switch between children instantly without page reloads or layout jumps.
Master Guardian Umbrella Waivers
Parents never have to sign repetitive legal waivers for multiple siblings.
- 1-Tap Household Coverage: When you sign the electronic liability waiver in your portal or at the front-desk kiosk, your digital signature legally covers all minor children linked to your account.
- Future Child Enrolment: When registering an additional sibling months later, the system automatically binds the new child to your active liability agreement on file.
Digital Barcode Membership Pass
Tap your digital barcode pass card in the header or profile to display your high-contrast QR/barcode pass for instant scanning at the front-desk reception kiosk.
Changing Your Password
- Go to your Profile page.
- Click Change Password.
- Enter your current password, then your new password twice.
- Click Save Password.
Use a strong, unique password with at least 8 characters, including numbers and symbols.
Forgot Your Password?
On the login page, click Forgot Password. Enter your email address and you'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.
Deleting Your Account
To delete your account and all associated data, please contact your studio admin directly. Account deletion must be processed by your studio for data protection reasons.
