Workshops & Events

Overview

The Workshops & Events module is built for one-off masterclasses, multi-day bootcamps, and special events. Unlike regular weekly classes (which belong in Scheduling), Workshops allow you to sell standalone tickets with strict capacity limits.

Key Features

• Event Ticketing: Sell tickets directly through the Student Portal and track purchases.
• Capacity Limits: Automatically close enrolment when the workshop sells out.
• Multi-Day Support: Create an event that spans several days (e.g., a weekend intensive).
• Public Links: Generate a public checkout link to promote the event on social media.

Creating a Workshop

1. Navigate to Workshops in the sidebar.
2. Click the + New Workshop button.
3. Fill out the basic details (Name, Description, Banner Image).
4. Set the Schedule (Date, Start Time, End Time).
5. Configure the Pricing and Capacity.
6. Click Publish to make it visible to students, or Save Draft if you are still working on it.
