The Studio Overview Dashboard (/dashboard) provides studio owners, instructors, and administrators with an instant operational pulse of the business. Powered by real-time Firestore synchronization, the dashboard updates immediately whenever a student enrolls, signs a digital waiver, checks in at the kiosk, or completes a payment online.

2. Cleared Revenue Engine vs. Pending Slips

Studio Management PRO enforces strict GAAP revenue recognition standards:

• Today's Revenue: Only counts verified and completed transactions (status === 'completed' / amountPaid > 0).
• Bank Transfers & Offline Proofs: Unverified bank transfer uploads (status pending_verification) are isolated from your live revenue cards until an administrator audits the bank slip and clicks APPROVE.
• Direct Report Access: Clicking the Today's Revenue card takes you directly to the full Financial Reports & Transactions Ledger (/dashboard/reports) to inspect itemized receipts, taxes, and payment method breakdowns.

3. Live Activity Stream Color Coding

The activity stream keeps teachers updated on events happening around the clock:
