Manage multiple studio locations and assign classes to specific venues.

Multiple Locations
If your studio operates from more than one venue, you can manage each location separately and assign classes to specific rooms or sites.
Adding a Location
- Go to Locations in the sidebar.
- Click + Add Location.
- Enter the location name, full address, and capacity.
- Add optional notes (e.g., parking information, access codes).
- Click Save Location.
Assigning Classes to Locations
When creating or editing a class in the Schedule, you can select a location from the dropdown. The location details are automatically displayed to students when they book.
Location Details Shown to Students
Students see the following location info in their booking confirmation:
- Location name
- Full street address
- Any notes visible to students

Include parking directions or door codes in the location notes so students receive them automatically in their booking confirmation emails.
