Teacher App - Inventory Management
Overview
The Products section allows you to list and sell physical or digital items directly through the studio platform — from sheet music and instruments to branded merchandise and gift vouchers.
Adding a Product
- Navigate to Products in the sidebar.
- Click + Add Product.
- Enter the product name, description, and price.
- Upload a product image (optional but recommended).
- Set the inventory quantity or mark as unlimited.
- Click Save Product.
Selling Products
Products can be sold via the POS & Sales section by selecting them in a new transaction.
Managing Inventory
Each product tracks its stock level. When stock reaches zero, the product is automatically marked as out of stock. You can update stock levels at any time from the Products list.
💡
Use products for class packs or bundles (e.g., "10-Class Pass") to allow students to prepay for multiple sessions.
