2. Step-by-Step CSV Migration Workflow

Export from Legacy Provider: Download your client list as a .CSV file from Mindbody, Jackrabbit, or your spreadsheet.
Upload File: In Studio Management PRO, go to Data Migration and drop your CSV into the upload pane.
Verify Column Mapping: Review the auto-detected columns. If your legacy column was named Mobile_Phone_Num, confirm it maps to Phone.
Sanitization & Deduplication: The parser automatically cleans whitespace, formats phone numbers to standard international formats, and detects duplicate email addresses.
Execute Batch Import: Click Start Import. Data is written to your dedicated tenant database in atomic batches of 500 records.

After importing thousands of student records, run the built-in Active Student Optimization migration. This server process inspects every imported pass and calculates the activeUntil timestamp, enabling instant sub-millisecond search and pagination across active rosters.
