What is the Student Portal?
The Student Portal is a dedicated interface designed for your enrolled students. It gives them the tools to manage their own studio experience without needing to contact you for every change.
Accessing the Portal
Students access the portal at the same URL as your studio. The system automatically detects their account type and shows the Student Portal interface when they log in as a student.
Or via your custom domain if configured.
What Students & Families Can Do
- Browse & Book Classes — See all upcoming class sessions, check available spots, and reserve instantly using active pass credits or drop-in payment.
- Family Household Management — Parents can switch between linked minor children, view remaining pooled credits, and book sessions on their children's behalf.
- Master Guardian Umbrella Waivers — Parents sign once to legally cover all minor children in the household.
- Personal Schedule & Calendar Export — View upcoming reservations and export directly to Apple or Google Calendar with timely cancellation support.
- Online Payments & Debt Settlement — Pay tuition or settle overdue account balances via WiPay Caribbean, Credit Card, or submit manual bank deposit slips.
- Curriculum & Syllabus Progress — Track skills checked off during training and download tamper-proof Curriculum Skills Progress Evaluation reports with System-Verified Digital Audit Stamps.
- On-Demand Video Library — Stream instructional training drills and technique homework assigned by instructors.
- Digital Barcode Passes — Display a fast-scanning digital pass for express check-in at the studio reception kiosk.

The Student Portal features an integrated In-App Quick Help Drawer. Tapping the small book icon or any amber documentation pill opens side-by-side walkthroughs for bookings, shared passes, or payment receipts without leaving the page or losing active selections.
Family Household Architecture
For studios teaching youth and kids, parents can register minor children under a single family household. All linked children pool from the parent's active multi-class passes with zero math required by front-desk staff.

Mobile & Progressive Web App (PWA)
The Student Portal is mobile-first and responsive. Students can tap "Add to Home Screen" in Safari or Chrome to install the portal as a native-feeling PWA with zero app store downloads required.
Tip: Students can save their digital barcode pass to their phone photos or bookmarks for 1-second scanning at the studio reception tablet.
