Overview
The Settings Center in Studio Management PRO is structured into five cohesive groups to give you complete command over every dimension of your studio's operations, visual branding, legal compliances, and financial integrations.

Manage administrator profiles, login credentials, and your instructional staff hierarchy.

Update your display name, official administrator email, contact phone number, and password. Features a live Admin ID Badge Preview reflecting real-time role credentials.
👥 Team Management
Invite instructors, front-desk staff, and managers. Assign granular role permissions (Owner, Admin, Manager, Teacher, Staff) to control access to financial reports and student databases.
Group 2: Studio Identity & Media
Define your studio's public face across web portals, client emails, and mobile apps.
- General Studio Info: Legal studio entity name, public biography, studio contact emails, physical address locations, and social media handles.
- Branding & Appearance: Switch between 1-click theme presets (Midnight Studio, Ruby Velvet, Cyber Neon, Emerald Glow), fine-tune custom HEX primary/secondary accent colors, and configure font sizing.
- Logos & Media Assets: Upload high-resolution studio logos, dedicated Dark-Mode logos, PWA home screen app icons, favicons, and social share (OpenGraph) preview cards.
Group 3: Operations & Config
Set the operational rules that govern daily class management, legal compliances, and localized formats.
- Student Management: Configure auto-archiving thresholds for inactive accounts, toggle drop-in vs. enrolled member statuses, and enable family account grouping.
- Regional Settings: Set your studio's primary timezone, date display format (
DD/MM/YYYYvsMM/DD/YYYY), and currency standard (TTD,USD,JMD,BBD,EUR,GBP). - Calendar & Schedule: Specify default class slot durations (15, 30, 45, 60 minutes), studio operating hours, first day of the week, and double-booking conflict warnings.

- Payments & Gateways: Configure WiPay (Merchant ID, API Key, Sandbox/Live toggle) and Stripe Connect. Choose between Merchant Absorb or Customer Pay Surcharge.
- Bank Transfers: Fill in Republic Bank, FCB, Scotiabank, or local bank deposit instructions and wire details for student receipt verification.
- Email & Communication: Integrate Resend or custom SMTP credentials, customize automated email templates (class confirmations, invoices, waiver confirmations), and send test emails.
