The Kiosk Module transforms any iPad, Android tablet, or touchscreen monitor into an automated, self-service studio concierge. Students can check into class in under two seconds using their personal 4-digit PIN or camera scan, while parents with multiple children can sign a Master Guardian Umbrella Waiver once to legally cover all minor children in their household.

The kiosk eliminates reception bottlenecks before high-volume classes with three frictionless check-in modes:
- 4-Digit Student PIN Punch: Students punch in their personal 4-digit PIN on the large, high-contrast on-screen keypad. The system instantaneously confirms identity, evaluates available credits, and logs attendance in under two seconds.
- Live Camera & Barcode Scanner: Students hold up their digital student pass (from Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, or the Student Portal) to the tablet's camera or an attached USB/Bluetooth barcode scanner for instant automated check-in.
- 1-Tap Name & Phone Search: If a student forgets their pass or PIN, tapping Search Student opens an on-screen search keypad to find accounts by first name, last name, phone number, or guardian contact.
- Identity Confirmation & Webcam Photo Audit: The student's profile photo and full name are verified on-screen. If a profile photo is missing, the tablet camera captures a quick high-resolution selfie in seconds.
- Roster Selection & Real-Time Sync: Displays live sessions taking place today. Tapping the class records the check-in and updates the teacher's live attendance register in real time with zero latency.
2. How the Master Guardian Waiver Works
In family studios and youth academies, having a parent sign separate liability waivers for multiple siblings creates unnecessary friction and incomplete compliance.
One Signature per Household
When a parent signs the digital waiver at the kiosk or via the parent portal, the signature and legal audit trail are bound to the parent account.
Automatic Umbrella Inheritance
