Student Portal - My Upcoming Schedule
Overview
The My Schedule page shows all your upcoming booked classes in a clear, easy-to-read view. You can see class times, locations, and payment status at a glance.
What You'll See
- Class name and instructor
- Date and time
- Location
- Payment status — Paid or Unpaid
- Cancel button — Available if cancellation is within your studio's policy window
Past Classes
Switch to the Past tab to see classes you've already attended. Past classes show your attendance status (Present / Absent) as marked by your teacher.
Cancelling a Booking
To cancel an upcoming booking:
- Find the class in your schedule.
- Click Cancel Booking.
- Confirm the cancellation in the prompt.
A cancellation confirmation email will be sent to you automatically.

Cancellation policies vary by studio. Some studios may not offer refunds for late cancellations. Contact your studio if you have questions about their policy.
