Overview

The Mail Logs section gives you full real-time visibility into every automated email sent by your studio — from booking confirmations and receipt notifications to class cancellation notices.

Header Action Controls

The top action toolbar provides instant controls:

  • Process Pending Emails — Immediately flushes and processes queued outbound emails without waiting for the background queue.
  • Send Test — Sends a verification email to test your SMTP / Brevo integration.
  • Clear All Logs — Purges log records with a safety confirmation prompt.
📱

Mobile Friendly: On mobile screens, the header action buttons automatically stack vertically to ensure easy, full-width tapping.

  • Timestamp — Exact date and time the message was queued or delivered
  • Full Email Preview — Click View Email to inspect the exact rendered HTML body sent to the student

Common Email Failures

  • No recipient — The student account doesn't have an email address on file
  • SMTP / Brevo authentication failed — Your API keys or credentials in Settings are invalid
  • Connection timeout — Outbound email server is unreachable
  • Mailbox full / invalid address — The recipient's email address does not exist
⚠️

If you see frequent failures, check your email configuration under Settings → Email & Communication and run a test email to verify domain authorization.
