What are Leads?
A lead is a prospective student who has expressed interest in joining your studio but hasn't enrolled yet. The Leads section helps you track these enquiries and follow up efficiently.
How Leads are Created
- Contact Form — If your studio has a public landing page with a contact form, submissions automatically appear as leads
- Manual Entry — Admins can manually add a lead from the Leads page
- Walk-in / Phone enquiry — Record offline enquiries directly in the system
Lead Pipeline
Each lead moves through stages:
- New — Just received, needs follow-up
- Contacted — You've reached out to them
- Trial Booked — They've scheduled a trial class
- Enrolled — Converted to a full student
- Lost — Did not convert
Converting a Lead to a Student
- Open the lead from the Leads list.
- Click Convert to Student.
- Confirm their details — the system pre-fills their name and email.
- Click Enrol Student. They are moved to the Students directory and receive a welcome email.

Add notes to each lead to track conversations and follow-up history. This is visible only to admins and staff.
