Students can easily purchase class passes, drop-ins, and merchandise directly from their portal.
Student Portal - Store
Overview
The Store module is a seamless e-commerce experience right inside the Student Portal. Students can browse and buy products you have set up in the Teacher App without needing to navigate to an external website.
What Can Students Buy?
- Class Passes: Bundles of credits that can be used to book regular classes.
- Memberships: Recurring subscriptions that unlock special tiers and benefits.
- Merchandise & Add-ons: Physical goods like uniforms, or digital add-ons.
The Purchasing Flow
- The student navigates to the Store in their portal menu.
- They can use the category pills to filter between passes, memberships, and merchandise.
- Adding an item to the cart will prompt a quick-checkout modal.
- If they have a saved credit card on file, checkout is a one-click process. Otherwise, they can securely enter new card details via Stripe.
- Upon successful payment, an automated receipt is emailed, and the pass/membership is instantly applied to their account.
